Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, an artist's daughter, born in Mexico, was born to a music-loving family. When she was a kid, she listened to a lot of classical music and old Boleros. In addition, she was a fan of traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana loves tangos, operas and other dramatic shows. Ana started learning how to play the piano and sing at an early age alongside her mother. She received more formal singing instruction when she was 16 years old, under the legendary Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. The School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. She sang at Guadalajara, Mexico City and various cities while a student and professional. Following her move from Mexico to the United States around 2000, she performed for the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. The singer currently sings the traditional Latin American songs at private events as a soloist. She is passionate about the performing arts, music, and the arts keeps her involved in local activities both as an artist and instructor. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana thanks the Inland Master Chorale for their permission to play traditional Latin American song.
