Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13, 1981) is an American actor from the United States. His acting career started with TV parts, which included Opposite Sext in the year 2000. He gained recognition for his character as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans appeared in several films based on graphic novels and comics, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). Evans gained more attention for his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War as well as the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). In the course of his Marvel films, he grew to become one of the highest-paid actors around the globe.
